Unlike traditional real estate firms we have a variable fee structure for our services. Depending on the plan you choose, we charge either a flat fee for our services or a more traditional percentage based fee. We act as a consultant in the sale or purchase of your home. From full service to partial service, we work with both buyers and sellers. Our goal is to work with you to get the best deal possible on your home. You only need to utilize us for the services you think are neccesary. 

You will save money and most likely make money with REgroup Realty! Our flat fees are typically much less than a percentage based fee if you are a seller. If you are a buyer and you use our flat fee a la carte pricing, we will give you back 100% of the commission paid to us by the sellers of the home you purchase.
